What Is EAP?

An Employee Assistance Program provides confidential assistance to employees and their family members to help them prevent or solve personal or work-related problems. EAP services provide employees access to free, confidential, professional counseling and follow-up case management. The EAP also serves as a resource to managers and supervisors to assist in the identification and intervention of work performance issues.
